Refund policy

PatchbayLabels.com produces customised goods and therefore we do not accept returns on customised goods. Any non-customised goods that we sell may be returned for a full refund by getting in touch to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us through our contact form and we'll provide information on how you can return your item(s). If we accept your return, we'll refund the price you paid including postage costs when we receive your return. Postage cost and delivery of the returned item(s) is your responsibility and we can't issue a refund until we receive the returned item(s) in as-new condition. We must receive the returned goods within 14 days of receiving your return request.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Cancellations and changes
As our products are customised, it's not usually possible to cancel or change an order once placed. Should you wish to request a change, please email us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to hold/cancel/change your order as needed. Please understand that once your order begun the printing process it is not possible to cancel the order and you'll be charged for the goods.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We're happy to offer a refund or reprint for damaged or defective items, or when we've made any errors.

Please note: due to differences in colour calibrations, the colours of the printed item may vary somewhat from their appearance on screen. Some variance is normal and does not constitute a defect.

Also note: in order to offer free postage, we'll send longer items loosely folded. Any creases can be reversed by placing a heavy object on your print, or by applying your label or sticker to a flat surface.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
All customised products such as when you use one of our templates or upload your own artwork cannot be returned and sales of these items are final.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
