Shipping policy

Our aim is to send your order within 5 business days were possible but occasionally it can take up to 10 working days for us to make your order. We'll do our best to keep you informed of any delays.

UK Orders
Free UK delivery is usually by Royal Mail Second class, which usually takes around 3-4 working days from when we send your shipping notification. During busy periods and adverse weather delivery may take longer. For UK orders please allow up to 14 working days for delivery before getting in touch.
We cannot guarantee delivery dates and any times given are estimates.

Rest of World
Orders to outside the UK, except Ireland, are sent by airmail. This typically takes 1-2 weeks for delivery but may take as long as 3 weeks during busy periods. Please allow 21 days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your order to arrive.

Import/Duty Fees
Your government may charge import taxes, duty or other fees depending on your local laws. You will be responsible for paying these charges and they are not included in the price of your order (with the exception of orders to the USA), so please check with your local customs department to find out if any fees, duties or taxes are payable on your order. Your order will be dispatched from Northern Ireland.

Returned Orders
If your order is returned to us because of an error on your part (some examples include entering an incorrect address, not collecting your package, unpaid fees etc.), we can arrange re-delivery of your order for a fee. The delivery cost will depend on your destination, order and delivery method. Please contact us to arrange this. As our products are custom-made, we don't offer refunds under these circumstances.
